Ideal for small or medium volume of demand, where we have a team of consultants organized to serve a group of clients, generating gains of scale and reduction of idleness.

We define a sustained relationship based on SLAs, according to the scenario of each client.

Dedicated Operations

Ideal for customers who have a high volume of demand. The team's performance is dedicated and exclusive to a single customer, with the service being carried out in person at the customer's premises, at the Tec2Cloud office or in a mixed model, combining in-person and remote service.
